This policy covers patientsforplastics.com and its inquiry form.
What we collect
When you send the form, we receive what you type in it: your name, your practice’s name, your email and your phone number. The form is run by our CRM provider, which stores those details for us. The site itself does not keep them.
The site keeps the campaign details of the link you arrived from (such as an ad click ID) in your browser, and sends them with the form so we know which ad or link brought you. It sets no cookies of its own.
How we use it
To contact you about your inquiry, by phone, text or email. We send texts only if you tick the consent box on the form, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop them. We don’t sell or rent your details, and we don’t share your phone number or texting consent with anyone for their own marketing.
